BREAKING NEWS: $4 Million in Winning Bids for New Frazier Park Library To Be Approved

The new Frazier Park Library is a giant step closer to breaking ground. The Kern County Board of Supervisors is expected to sign $4,044,406 in construction and engineering contracts at its 2 p.m. session on Tuesday, Sept. 22.
