Washington D.C. Legal Team for Separation of Church and State May Seek Injunction

Rob Boston, a spokesperson for the legal team which prevailed in Federal Court to keep Intelligent Design out of the biology curriculum in Dover, Pennsylvania, confirmed today that last Sunday’s El Tejon Unified School District Board vote to proceed with a course on Intelligent Design has been sent for investigation to its legal department. ETUSD personnel confirmed on Wednesday, Jan. 4 that the district has received a letter of inquiry from Americans United for Separation of Church and State.
